Start with an 81/2"x11"piece of Early Espresso cardstock. Cut to 5 1/4" wide by 9 1/2" long. Score at 5 3/4" mark.
Using the Big Shot & the Adorning Accents Edgelits die at one of the 5 1/4" sides and cut. Do the same with a piece of DSP (cut at 5 1/4"x3 3/4").
Place red backed Sticky Strip on both sides of the "pocket" you created as shown below.
Cut an additional piece of DSP for the back/inside of your pocket (cut @ 5 1/4"x 3 1/2"). (If you are going to use ribbon or tulle be sure to tie on/around before you continue to the next step!!)Adhere your DSP to the front and inside/back portions of your pocket and then fold bottom half (red sticky tape) up and adhere down. This is what your pocket should look like!!
Now just decorate with your stamped image/s and embellishments!! Slip a candy bar inside as I did in the completed picture!! For the sentiment I used the Window Frames Collection Famelits Dies, Festive Paper-Piercing Pack. The little tag hanging on the candy bar was made with the 3/4" Circle Punch and 1-1/4" Scallop Circle Punch.
Great tutorial!!! I love this sweet lil project!
