Sneak Peak #3-New Hostess Set!!

 Just wanted to give you another sneak peak!! This time I used one of our stamp sets that will be a HOSTESS set in the new catalog!! I love this set!! I also used our NEWEST Designer Series Paper & ribbon!! I decided to make little 2x2 cards and a box/holder for them. I used the Big Shot die Bitty Box & Envelope (item#115967) & altered the box a bit!!

 

This is the Big Shot Die Bitty Box & Envelope before I altered it.

Trim off the end at the score mark.

This is what you will have trimmed off.

Trim off the other end.

This is what you will have trimmed off and what will remain.

Use the 1 3/4" circle punch & punch about 1/4" in on both sides.

Add Sticky Strip to both flaps.

Fold & adhere.

End result!! Embellish however you would like! Now you can slip your little 2x2 cards into the top of the box!!

SNEAK PEAK #2!!

Happy Tuesday!! Just thought I would share a project I made using our newest DSP, stamps, ribbon, and buttons!! These little holders are so much FUN!! I have had a lot of interest in them so I have decided to incorporate them into my May class!! You can use these to hold cookies, cards, chocolate, and other fun little goodies!! I decided to make a small card to slip into one side, tea on the other, and chocolate in the center!!

Stampin' Up! has allowed us demonstrators to preview the new catalog online & I know you are all going to be SUPER EXCITED with all the new stamps!! The sentiment and bird on this project is from one of those stamp sets in the new book!! Love them!!:) The bird just cracks me up with that cute little birthday hat!! So FUN!!

 I thought National Scrap-booking day would be a great day for my first entry!! I hope to have my You-Tube channel up and running soon!! I will be posting video tutorials & tips for all my customers/followers! I am sure my video "technique" will improve over time so bare with me!!:) And if you have any pointers/ideas to improve my "skills" do be sure to share them with me!!  I hope that I can increase the amount of posts as I get more comfortable!! Okay!! On to "business"!! I just received my "sneak peak" stamps & accessories on Friday!! I am SUPER EXCITED for what Stampin' Up! has in store for us ALL!! The new catalog will be shipping soon!! I know a lot of you would like a new catalog & I will definitely get one to you as soon as I get them myself!! This year I will be giving anyone who places at least a $35 (in merchandise) order a FREE CATALOG!! Okay don't want to ramble on and on about "news"!! So I will share a SNEAK PEAK at a card I made using our newest products!! READY???!!!!

I am IN LOVE with these stamp sets!! I am also LOVING our new stamp pads!! They ink up the image so well!! I am so used to using our old ink pads (tend to press down a bit hard to pick up the ink) that I had gotten too much ink on my stamp! They were easy to get used to though!! I used our new buttons which are a natural wood and our new Sizzix Framelits-Bitty Banners for the two little banners. Oh how easy SU has made it for us!! Stay tuned in the days ahead as I "sneak peak" additional projects made with our newest products!!:)
